Privacy Policy

The short version

Ozen Test Prep has no accounts, no login, and no forms that submit anywhere except a plain email link on the Contact page. The only things this site stores are a light/dark theme preference and, if you leave an FE practice exam unfinished, that attempt so you can resume it. Both are saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

What we don't collect

No account creation, no email address, no password — none of the calculators require sign-up
No tracking cookies and no advertising pixels are placed by this site as of September 26, 2026
Your calculator answers, practice history, and problem attempts are never sent to or stored on a server — every calculator runs entirely in your browser
No third-party analytics, fonts, or embeds — every file the site loads, including its typefaces, is served from ozentestprep.com itself. The one script we didn't write is our host's bot check, described under Hosting below.

What is stored, and where

Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser's localStorage under the key theme. It never leaves your device and isn't readable by us.
While you take an FE practice exam, your answers and remaining time are saved in localStorage under the key ozen.fe.attempt.v1, every 20 seconds and whenever you save, so you can resume after closing the tab. The saved attempt is deleted when you finish the exam or discard it. It never leaves your device.
If you email us from the Contact page, we receive whatever your email client sends — the same as any email.

Hosting & server logs

The site is a set of static pages served by Cloudflare. Like virtually any host, Cloudflare keeps standard request logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp, user agent) for security and reliability. We don't have analytics turned on, and we don't access, sell, or analyze those logs to track individual visitors.

To stop competitors copying the site, Cloudflare's firewall also checks each request's user agent and browser signals and blocks automated scraping tools. To tell browsers from bots, Cloudflare adds a small script to each page (served from this domain under /cdn-cgi/) and may set short-lived security cookies such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance. They're used only for bot detection, never for tracking or advertising. A normal browser may occasionally be shown a brief automatic check. If automated traffic is hitting the site, we look at the firewall's records for that traffic only, to block where it's coming from.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics, ads, or an account system, this page will be updated first, with the specific tool used and how to opt out named here — not folded quietly into a generic clause.
